Postage policy

Sassy Essentials carries an amount of stock in store but as we are reliant on our suppliers for replenishment there may be a short delay for dispatch. All orders are processed when paid in full within 3-6 business days, unless an item is on backorder. Orders ship upon full payment every Monday - Friday with the exception of the observed Australian major holidays.We'll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for any adverse conditions which might affect deliveries from Newcastle to your area, including (but not limited to) extreme weather or disruption to postal services / airlines. Postage is determined on the weight and size of the item. All items are sent via Express Post. Please check the listing for the postage costs. All items are shipped via Australian Post - Express with a tracking number. You can track your item online at http://www.auspost.com.au/track/

Exchange policy

For any items or garments which do not fit properly we will EXCHANGE the garments providing that: (PLEASE EMAIL US WITHIN 7 DAYS IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM) sassyessentials@gmail.com

- The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving it.
- The garment labels or swing tags are still attached to the garment
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)*
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way
- The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt
- The item is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The item is returned at your own expense to 3/34 Beaumont St Hamilton 2303.

We will do our best to exchange your item for the correct size in the same style, subject to stock availability. Where we cannot supply the identical style we will offer an exchange of another item of the customer’s choice for the same value. Always double-check your size & colour before placing your order. It may surprise to you to know that the majority of women wear bras that don't fit correctly. Wearing a bra that is too small can inhibit circulation and be extremely uncomfortable for daily wear, while wearing a bra that's too loose offers no support and can look bulky beneath your clothes. Follow these tips to find a bra that fits.
How to Know if You've Made a Common Bra Sizing Mistake
Your breasts are overflowing your bra or not completely filling the cups.
The back of your bra is riding up. The back of your bra should lie straight across your back. If you are looking for support, you may want to consider a bra that lays a little further down your back.
Your underwire is digging in. If you wear an underwire bra, it should be comfortable. It should never leave a red mark.
Your bra is causing bulges or cutting into the flesh.
The front of your bra is not laying flat against your chest.
Your shoulder straps are giving you too much support. Your shoulder straps need to be adjusted if they fall off your shoulder or dig into your shoulder. Again, your shoulder straps should never cause red marks.
The edges of the cups aren't laying flat against your breast. If you are wearing a padded bra, there may be a gap. If this is the case, go down a cup size.
